FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Catering
On our larger helicopters we can provide a champagne bar, a complimentary bar and catering suitable for the time of day and length of your flight.

Luggage
In our larger helicopters the luggage allowance is up to 12kgs per person, preferably in a soft bag.

However the luggage allowance depends on the length of flight and the number of passengers and as such it varies for each flight. We will be happy to discuss your luggage allowance with you.

Special Luggage

Should you wish to carry something unusual such as guns or filming equipment. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can make the appropriate arrangements.

Passenger Details

We will issue a booking form that requests the names and other details such as the date of birth for each passenger. This information is not kept by us and it is required by law.

Flight Times

All flight times are approximate and are based on still air. Should there be air traffic delays this may extend journey times.

What information do we require ?
To provide a quote we need to know:

The date(s) of the flight(s)
The departure or arrival time(s) of the flight(s)
The number of passengers
The desired departure point (post code)
The desired destination (post code)
The weight and size of luggage.

What do you need to bring on the day ?
No tickets are issued but each passenger should bring a photo ID such as a passport or driving licence.
